As a new and mobility impaired resident, I had many questions about the building, and a few requests - for an accessible parking space, an adjustment on the front door power assist timer (so I didn’t get clobbered on the way through), and for permission to build a small ramp outside my outer door. Mission responded quickly and positively. I happened upon the man adjusting the front door timer. He was kind and helpful, as was the site manager who programmed my number into the front door key pad for visitor access. I am very pleased with Mission and recommend them.

We recently sold our condo in the River Valley Condominiums downtown Edmonton. We’d been renting it out for 13 years, lived in the building for 4. I believe the people at Mission are the same people when under Braden Equities. The entire time we were involved with the building we had no issues with the former Braden, now Mission. They were always responsive to me as an owner. When the building flooded, they managed the repairs as expected, again without issue. At one point we had an extremely high maintenance, difficult tenant, who went after every involved stakeholder they could. Thankfully Braden/Mission were supportive and frankly sympathetic of our situation. We’re now out of the building, but wanted to note the great support of the Mission team as a single owner.
Bill helped arrange the plumbing repairs, ensuring everything was done correctly and on time.
Jada explained a chargeback dispute clearly and kept me updated until it was resolved.

Property management is not the most glamorous of professions or businesses. They see people when they are down, whether it be a bylaw infraction, water damage, or condo fees going up. If everything was perfect you wouldn’t need them. But Mission Management does so professionally and with high regard to the property, owners and the board members. When work needs to get done they get the work done as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to the residents as possible. They make the work of the boards very easy and have the answers that they are looking for and sometimes answers to questions the board never even knew to ask. They have the appropriate connections in the industry to assist in ultimately saving money for the corporation whether it be insurance or contractors. So if you need property management they are one of the better ones out there. Our property in 10 years has gone through several property managers and in the 3 years we have been pleasantly surprised how streamlined the process is. Thank you and great work.
