Why We Exist
Condominium management is about more than maintaining buildings. It is about protecting communities, safeguarding significant financial assets, and helping volunteer Boards make confident decisions.
Too often, however, condominium management has become reactive. Boards are left chasing answers, communication breaks down, and managers spend their time putting out fires instead of preventing them.
Mission Management was founded on the belief that there is a better way.
We believe great condominium management is built on accountability, proactive communication, strong systems, and people who genuinely care about the communities they serve. Every process we develop, every service we offer, and every person we hire is guided by that belief.
Our Roots
Our story began in 1981 with a family-owned property management company built on integrity, hard work, and long-term relationships. Those principles became the foundation of everything that followed and continue to influence how we operate today.
In 2007, Dustin Paquette joined the business, beginning in entry-level roles and working throughout nearly every part of the organization. From operations and maintenance to condominium management and leadership, those years provided a firsthand understanding of both the challenges facing condominium communities and the opportunities to improve how they are served.
After leading the condominium division for several years, it became clear that the future required a dedicated organization focused exclusively on condominium management. In January 2024, Mission Management became an independent company with a singular purpose: to raise the standard of condominium management.
