Our Story

In 1981, Robert Paquette founded Elite Management Inc. with a simple belief: he could deliver greater value to his clients and provide for his family by doing business the right way, under his own name. Through hard work, straightforward honesty, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, he built a reputation of trust and established lasting relationships with clients. In 1994, the company was rebranded as Braden Equities Inc., named after his firstborn son.

Braden joined the family business in 2005, beginning not in an office, but in the field, removing garbage and shovelling snow. Over the years, he worked through nearly every position within the company, including receptionist, assistant, junior manager, director, and ultimately becoming an owner in 2016. In 2018, he assumed leadership of the growing Condominium Division and later made the decision to establish it as an independent company, launching Mission Management in January 2024.

Mission Management began with a team of three managing 18 properties. Through dedication, perseverance, and the support of exceptional people - including Braden’s wife, Megan, and the company’s leadership team - it has grown into a modern, efficient, and values-driven organization with more than 20 team members. The company remains focused on creating lasting value for both its clients and its employees and their families.
